I couldn't finish it either, I just cry. I've called my reps, donated what I can, engaged people in conversations, support BDS,....I've even effing prayed (raised Catholic but I haven't practiced or believed in a long time). I simply cannot understand the emptiness, the indifference, the delight (wtf!!!!!) that allows this genocide to continue.
Ritchie Torres's face during that interview...there was nothing there!!!
My heart continues to break and yet somehow we're all just going about our day to day. How???
Witnessing this genocide (and I have seen very, very few pics or videos, I just can't) has changed me, and I will never forget.
I want every single motherf*cker who supports this held to account.
The fact that we're witnessing, on a daily basis, the horrific torture of innocent men, mothers, children, and families being (literally) torn apart, displaced under fire, impoverished; we break and grief, then go about our day is beyond me. The mental contradiction takes a big toll, but we hope, one day, a free Palestine is in the horizon.
Free from persecution, free from torture, free form blood shed, living a life of dignity that they deserve, despite Israhell's war-machine efforts to dehumanize them and make that reality an impossibility.
This is such a detailed article, you are doing such an amazing job!
Its so disheartening to see how the democratic party in the US is completely lacking; it feels like political affiliations don't mean anything anymore.
If someone could please primary Ritchie Torres in 2026, I would canvass for them until my feet fall off.
Michael Blake seems like he’s gearing up for it. Constantly dragging him on Twitter.
I just went down a rabbit hole. He calls him “Ritchie Ritch”. Legend.
Jose Vegan is running against him, as an Independent.

But above all, it must stop, NOW
I completely share your feelings!

I wish this whole thing were satire.
I just could not read all this today. The hypocrisy and evil is too much, but your work is valuable, so please keep on keeping on.
